Complaints Procedure

Bentleys Motor Group makes every effort to maintain its dedication to retailing excellence for our customers in all the areas of service that we provide. However, in the event of any disagreement, please contact the management at Bentleys and we will attempt to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

On 9 July 2015 Alternative Dispute Resolution legislation was implemented in the UK. If you feel that we have not been able to resolve your issue then ADR is an alternative to going to court to enforce your legal rights.

We will in that event, refer you to Motor Codes Ltd - a Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) certified Alternative Dispute Resolution provider that we are prepared to engage with through the ADR procedure.
