I thought I would just drop you a line to let you know how magnificent the RAV 4 has been performing in the recent weather conditions. I have to stop myself from being so smug as I pass abandoned vehicles. What is really great, which I did not consider when buying the RAV, is that we no longer feel trapped in our house in these conditions and if we need to get out we can go without worries of getting stranded. I have no doubt you guys are now inundated with enquiries and demand for RAV4s - they can have mine but they will have to pay double for it!.
This is the second new (Prius) car from Bentleys and on the first occasion Iwas impressed with every aspect of their service. Therefore Iexpected the same overall service and was delighted to enjoy an even better service from walking into the showroom to delivery of the car. Each member of staff was enthusiastic and continually made efforts to ensure needs were satisfied.
My husband and I were delighted with the efficient and professional service afforded to us by Lyndon. He was courteous and helpful at all times and was a true ambassador in extolling the virtues of Bentleys.
I recently had extensive rear suspension work done. A big job for sure, to replace the rear shocks and spheres, and from all accounts a devil of a job to get the old parts off for your technicians! But, praise all round: Ian on Service reception his usual cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable self - kept me up to date and endeavoured to keep the cost as sensible as possible. Got the car back today - very pleased; suspension back like new. Had the car from near new in '02, 128k never let me down : Goes places you wouldn't send a goat ! Great car, excellent service - didn't get to meet the technicians but please pass on my thanks to them too. Well Done.
This may be a little long winded for which I apologise. 14 March my Auris was in for service and it was also the day that we were due to collect my wife's new Yaris (her Audi finally seen off). Both events happened with the usual impeccable Bentleys charm, attentiion to detail and, good old- fashioned truly first-class customer service. When it came to picking up my car we had a dilemma. In short we had 2 cars in 1 place and we wanted to go for an early evening meal. My wife insisted that her NEW Yaris would be safer at Bentleys,so, having told the guys in Service that we were leaving Glen's car there for safety off we went. At 6.35pm my mobile rings, it is Lyndon, the Salesman who sold us my wife's car. Bear in mind that this is 30 minutes after Sales normally closes. He had noticed that a new car he had handed over that morning was laid up in the car park and he was genuinely concerned in case we had had a problem with it. Having first told him the engine blew up etc we had a bit of banter before coming clean and having a laugh over it. Now the real point of this email - for my wife and I this just reaffims what we have always felt after 30 years of Toyota and more importantly BENTLEYS Toyota - a really unbeatable level of care and customer service from every department. It's what keeps us coming back (good cars and a 5 year warranty is just a bonus!!
