Repair Process

If you have been involved in an accident in your vehicle, we can supply you with a free estimate of works, irrespective of whether you are claiming through your insurance company or settling the cost yourself. You do not need to make an appointment as one of our estimators will always be on hand to assist you and supply a written quotation.

Once the insurance company has received a copy of our estimate, it is either handled by telephone or, depending on the cost of the repairs, an engineer may be assigned to inspect the vehicle at your home, work or at our premises. Authorisation is usually given immediately.

We will then arrange a suitable date for your vehicle to be booked in for the repair work and a courtesy car offered free of charge if required. On some occasions, the insurance company may charge a nominal administrative fee for arranging temporary cover of our car.

Should any additional work be required on your vehicle at the same time as the repairs are being carried out under the insurance claim, an estimate of these costs will be provided and the repairs done at a reduced rate.

You can keep up to date with the status of your repairs by contacting a member of our team and once the work has been completed, your vehicle will be valeted and then subjected to a final quality control check.

After which, your vehicle will be ready for collection.
