We are recruiting for an experienced Service Advisor who has the capabilities to maximise service sales and increase customer satisfaction. Previous motor industry experience is essential.

Working alongside the Service Manager and the service team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Book in vehicles for repairs
  • Preparation of service documentation
  • Job card production and follow-up systems
  • Updating customer/vehicle history files in accordance with Data Protection legislation
  • Documenting all warranty work
  • Keeping customers fully informed of costs, predicted completion time and collection arrangements

You will be a strong communicator both in person and over the phone and have a quick and total grasp of the customer’s needs. Developing and maintaining long term customer relationships and the ability to use your initiative are key requirements. Strong PC and administration skills together with knowledge of workshop loading systems are essential as is the ability to sell incremental products and create further sales opportunities.
